And regularly check the line switch and contact of blanking line control to check whether it is loose to prevent poor contact.

4. The coordination between the parts of the layer feeder is controlled by the quenched gear and chain, so the lubrication between the quenched gear and chain must be guaranteed to avoid damage to the parts due to lack of lubrication.

5. When the feed enters the silo, it will produce a lot of dust, which sometimes makes the feeding mechanism unable to start. It is because the photoelectric switch used to control the feeding stop mechanism is covered with dust, which makes the feeding mechanism unable to start. Therefore, it is necessary to clean the dust on the photoelectric switch regularly.
